Manual butt welding machines with mechanical pressure

Butt welders produced by ASPA are used for welding bars of circular, square or rectangular cross-section made of low-carbon steel, alloy steel, copper and aluminum with a cross-section of up to 140 mm². The common features of this group of welding machines are simple construction, reliable operation and high quality of welds obtained. The welders are equipped with simple mechanical units for adjusting the pressure and welding current, allowing easy setting of the correct welding parameters. Each welder has a weld annealing unit.

In the group of butt welding machines, we also offer a special version of the welding machine type ZDZ-3PW designed for welding of cutting strips, the cross-section of which does not exceed 36 mm².

Pneumatic butt welding machines with pneumatic pressure

Pneumatic butt welding machines produced by ASPA are used for welding rods of circular, square or rectangular cross-section, made of low-carbon steel, alloy steel, copper and aluminum. A common feature of the welders is simple construction, reliable operation and high quality of the welds obtained. The devices allow annealing of welds to improve their mechanical properties. These welding machines are built on the basis of:

• welding transformers with a rated power of P50% to 80kVA
• clamping systems with clamping force: 150 daN-600 daN
• ASM-911 type control system, which allows, among other things, automatic compensation of changes in voltage supplying the welder, programming and memorizing eight welding technologies, conducting diagnostics of the welder.
