Spot welding guns

Spot welding guns are a type of pneumatic spot welding machines equipped with a transformer mounted at the tongs moved manually by the operator. These devices are designed for spot welding of low-carbon and alloy steel sheets, especially spatial parts difficult to place on a stationary welding machine. A microprocessor control system is used to control the welding machine, which has an adjustment of the pressure of the electrodes, as well as the speed of their opening and closing. Thanks to the rotary suspension, it is possible to rotate the welder 360 degrees (in its axis). The welding machine is equipped with water-cooled copper tongs, so it can successfully operate at high load

• Gyroscopic suspension on sealed bearings provides easy rotation of the tongs and maneuverability in any position
• Pneumatic components requiring no lubrication and eliminating oil mist ejection
• Water-cooled transformer and secondary circuit , i.e. electrodes, electrode holders and welding arms
• Throttle-return valves to control the speed of the electrodes, and compressed air bleed dampers to reduce noise levels
• Electrode force regulated by a pressure reducer assembly
• Safety switch immediately shuts down the welder
