In the control systems designed and manufactured by ASPA, we have used modern technical solutions, including microprocessor-based, opto-isolated I/O circuits, which guarantee high reliability. Our control systems are used in various types of welding machines, depending on the model of the device. They can be used to control the resistance welding process in AC spot welders, as well as in hump and line welders with pressure systems controlled by electro-pneumatic valves and a proportional valve.

The catalog offers a full range of electronic controllers and component kits suitable for integrators, special machine manufacturers and for any retrofit work to upgrade old-generation resistance equipment. Components for building the board for the control system

Listed below are the components for building the board for the control systems we produce:

• wiring harness,
• FPZ – anti-interference package to eliminate electrical interference in the mains designed for use in 50Hz welding machines,
• UPP – anti-overvoltage package to ensure proper operation of thyristor block,
• TMM30A – power transformer,
• MZ 700 – electronic module for thyristor block control designed for ASM-xxx and ZSM-xxxx type control systems,
• MZ 250A – electronic module for thyristor block control designed for H&W production resistance welding controllers of RATIA 73 type.

On request, we also manufacture boards with installation at the customer’s site or at ASPA WROCŁAW.
