Designed and manufactured by ASPA, current rails are an important component of any welding machine, connecting the transformer to the electrode. The main task of current rails is to transmit current between the welding transformer and the electrode directly affecting the part to be welded. ASPA has two types of current rails in its product range: flexible and rigid. The appropriate degree of flexibility of flexible busbars, combined with their durability, makes it possible to carry out complex projects. Flexible copper connectors are assembled from individual copper strips with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5 mm, which are joined by welding, welding or riveting. The connector ends, according to the customer’s request, can be coated with silver, tin or nickel.
